IEEE-1394 vtr Command

Question

Hi
I want to send command to my ilink vtr device such as "Play" "Pause" , ... and also get movie "TimeCode" from it
Indeed I want have remote control
Is there any one help me in this way?
I need ieee-1394 vtr command list or a library or sdk ... any
