Unable to find documentation on using IFsrmClassificationManager interface

Hi,

I am trying to use IFsrmClassificationManager interface of FCI (which is part of Win2k8 R2) in a C++ program. But the MSDN documentation (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd392349(VS.85).aspx) of this interface does not talk about what header file to include, what lib file to link as well as what DLL this functionality has been implemented.

What forum should I post this question?
