Workflow "revitalizing" itself

Question

I have a workflow that needs to revitalize itself a couple of times a day on specific times of day.

The solution I have found so far is putting in a "delay", but somehow it doesn't feel right. Still, I have not been able to find another solution ... yet.

Is there a better solution that you guys can point me to?

Would you be happier with a DelayUntil activity than a Delay activity? (Delays until a particular date time, instead of a set timespan). It's not so hard to implement one and I can go into some details.
Or are you looking for a non-activity solution, or a non-time-specific solution?
What host are you using?
