Windows live

Question

When I first tried to sign in to windows live for my MSN I have gotten an error msg all day and it shuts down my MSN. The error msg reads "Windows Live Communications Platform has stopped working" when I check the online for a solution it only tells me "APPCRASH" and will not tell me how to resolve. Please assist me with this issue.
