LiveLabs ThumbTack - What's happened

Question

Thumbtack hasn't been available for weeks. Has it been canned? I had some good stuff in there.

By the way, I've contacted online support, phone support (Australia) and Live support and nobody seems to be able to help. They can't even give me directions to the right support team hence I'm posting here (it's the closest thing I can find to LiveLabs support).
