Where best place to get WDK?

I am attempting to build http://support.microsoft.com/kb/138434. It references "ntddcdrm.h" // From the Windows NT DDK \Ddk\Src\Storage\Inc. I tracked that file down to http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/DevTools/WDK/WDKpkg.mspx. When I try to download from there it goes very slooooooowly and eventual fails. It says "If you are already an MSDN subscriber and you prefer to download kits from MSDN, you can download the latest WDK by using MSDN Subscriber Downloads." I've got a lot of experience with MSDN downloads so I went to MSDN -- but I don't see this WDK there.
Help!

it is in subscriber downloads. Just search for WDK. (Operating Systems/Windows 7 top entry on the list for that subcategory.)
