I am writing a driver for SPI peripheral device. I am using UMDF for this driver. However I am able to build it for x86 and x64 but for ARM it throws error. You can see the screen shot of the error in one post from Mr. carl Bao below is the link
I am on WDK 8.0 and VS2011 developer preview/UT. I have tried to build a simple application "hello world" for ARM and it got built. But I am not able to build driver even a simple one like UMDF template generated without putting any code of mine.
Could you guys please let me know how to build for ARM?
Do I need to install anything else along with WDK 8.0 and VS2011 UT to build for ARM?
Any help is highly appriciable.

as i responded in your other post, the ability to compile native applications (whichs also applies to DLLs like a UMDF driver) is limited to the current set of ARM hardware partners.

Keeping only one thread to capture all the ARM and compilation related information. So; if you end up here with your search please go to the following link
