Accessing : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Hi all,
I'm writing a WCF service which should communicate with a IBM Websphere WS.

My request apparantly contains:

<?xml version="1.0"?>

And the service explicitely expects.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Does anyone know how to change this attribute ? - Is there  a property on Message I can set?

It is non-trivial to change the xml declaration that goes on the wire, but that thread shows some sample code to do it.
