TCP error code 10061

Question

Hi I have developed a wcf service and I have hosted it using Console aplln and I am using a Console aplln as a client to consume it.This the url http://localhost:2345/PrimeSource/CustomerServiceprovider/Mex. Until yesterday the service successfully worked. But today i am getting the error as "TCP error code 10061:No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:2345." . I am having an hard time finding the solution.Can any one advise me the solution psl?? By the way I am using windows vista home premium OS.

Turn on the WCF tracing mechanism on the service side, you should be able to determine what's wrong by examing the collected trace logs.
