Glad that I'm not the only person getting this error.  Its causing some applications to mess up.  But it's gonna take more than that to derail my run for the Presidency of the US. You Betcha~

I got this error since I installed "Hotspot Shield" so I think this software causes this error message.

yes I have the same error and the solution (for me) was to close hospot shield in my taskbar and the problem has gone
