Answered Extensibility templates missing

I've installed the Visual Studio SDK for 2010 SP1 and when I select the Extensibility tab in new project, none of the new templates show. I end up with:

      Visual Studio Add-in

      Shared Add-in

      Visual Studio Shell Isolated

      Visual Studio Package

I don't get any of the templates like "Editor Classifier" or "Editor Text Adornment".

I've been trying to work this out for a day now and am getting nowhere with web searches or experimentation.

    Any help appreciated.

It's under Visual C# -> Extensibility or Visual Basic -> Extensibility, not Other Project Types -> Extensibility. Make sure you choose .NET Framework 4 from the first drop-down menu as well.
