The type initializer for 'Microsoft.Expression.Platform.Silverlight.Metadata.FrameworkElementMetadata' threw an exception

Question

Hi,

When we use the designer on a xaml for a Silverlight 5 app in Visual Studio 2010 we receive this error.  I've posted the question also on Expression forum in case it would be a more suitable place so I don't know and I would like to know your thought on that error which prevent us to use the designer in VS.  The same project and xaml is opened perfectly without any error in Blend Preview for Silverlight 5
