Compile COM object with Express 2010

Friday, February 24, 2012 2:51 PMI need to compile to dll in both x64 and x32. My project is a SolidWorks EPDM add-on. My workstation is W7 64bit. Can I use VB.Net or C#.Net express version 2010 to do this? I tried setting the platform in build configurator to x64 but got an error about the interop version. If this cannot be done in express, what version do I need?
