It is said in some forums that if we change the target platform in VS2010 to VC9.0 in Project properties and Install vs 2008 it will use its libraries and develop an exe which runs on XP machines with out VS2010. Is it required that both VS2010 and 2008
be licenced or it will be fine even if the visual studio 2008 is an express edition ..... ??/?
