Issue of Dev SharePoint UT with Moles ??

I encountered 'The System.String System.Globalization.CultureInfo.get_Name() cannot be moled due to limitation of the runtime instrumentation', when I writhe a UT for SharePoint, I am using Moles to detour this function, then I got this exception, it is a bug, or I just can't do it with moles??
