Where do I get the Visual Studio Load Test Virtual User Pack 2010?
The licensing has changed from Visual Studio 2008 for agent users and I have called all the Microsoft contacts I have and cannot find how to get this virtual user license.

Hello,
Because the question is a license issue, you can call 1-800-426-9400, Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist, and you can get more detail information from there. Worldwide customers can use the Guide to Worldwide Microsoft Licensing Sites to find contact information in their locations.

You should be able to buy a Visual Studio Load Test Virtual User Pack 2010 where you purchased Visual Studio from. You can also buy it directly from the Microsoft Store: http://store.microsoft.com/microsoft/Visual-Studio-2010-Load-Test-Virtual-User-Pack/product/7AFF7BC9

Hi,
I am a foreign customer interessed by this license.
I tried the link to MS Store but it doesn't point (anymore) to the product.
Do you have any updated information on this, please?
Thank you in advance,

You can try other locations as below.

Alternately, contact your local Microsoft reseller.
Also, here is a FAQ on the licensing changes that will help clarify more questions on this topic:
