When I should start Web and Load Testing?

    1. in Development Time?
    2. in Test Time?
    3. After Deployment time?

    ¿Documentation about this topic?

    Saludos,

In case you have not seen this yet, I suggest you go through this performance testing guidance at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb924376.aspx.

As for the question of timing, it will depend on what activities can be performed on your site, and more importantly you need some idea of what proportion of your total traffic that activity takes up. The earlier that you can identify a bug in your lifecycle the better you are off than finding it later in your development.
