Hi , I am using Visual Studio 2010 for testing web services
I created a Web Performance Test and then I created a Web Service Request to it. it added
http://localhost/ and I replaced with valid WSDL that we using in our project. When I ran the test, it failed and displayed “Server was unable to process request. ---> Root element is missing.</" error .
I successfully ran the above WSDL using Soap UI tool and it ran succussly there. just curious to know why it was failing in VSTS 2010 TOOL ?
Also, does anybody has any tutorial / document that explains the Web Service Testing and Automating it using Microsoft tools or Soap UI Tools ?

How about you create the web test by passing it the rihgt web service request instead of http://localhost

Any update? Could you get useful information from Anuj’s reply?
Would you mind letting us know the result of the suggestion?
