Test Runner Installation
Hi,
I understand that Test Runner will be a stand alone application that I can install on client desktops.
If so, were can I find the installer on the Beta 1 version of VSTS 2010 ?
What kind of license do I need to install only Test Runner on a client machine ?Thanks in advance.
Answers
In beta 1, the test runner is included in the default setup and it is therefor not able in beta 1 to install the test runner only.
It is very likely that this will change at RTM.

- In VS 2010 Beta 2 and in final release "Microsoft Test and Lab Manager" which includes "Test Runner" functionality with few other essential piece is part of light weight SKU called "Test Elements". However, this is not available in Beta 1.
Thanks,

Welcome to the All-In-One Code Framework! If you have any feedback, please tell us. - I'm sorry for not makin it clear enough, I was refering for the installer to standalone Test Runner within VSTS 2010 not the installer to VSTS 2010 itself.

Hi,
Any idea if it's possible to install Test Runner as stand alone on the Beta 2 version ?- No, it is still not an option during the installation in Beta 2.
