I have VS2008 Professional already installed and it is using Source Safe. I have now purchased Team System Developer 2008.
    1)Do I have to uninstall VS2008
2)I need to still access and develop my Source Safe Projects, how do I do this whilst using TS Dev with TFS
3)How do I install Team System Developer Is it a case of running this on my local machine and following prompts.
Then Installing TFS developer addition on my Server.  And then some how connecting to it from Team System VS2008 Developer edition?

NOTE:Downloaded TFSInstall-SP1-RTM-v080908.chm but all it says when I open it is about being unable to find the url,
so I only have the chapter tree nodes but no content.

Please could somebody help me with my questions ASAP, Thanks

    Hello,

I guess you have purchased Visual Studio Team Edition for Software Developers.

You can either unistall the Enterprise Edition that is already installed and Installed the Team Edition for Developers.
Alternatively if I am not wrong you can simply upgrade upon the existing installation.

Please note that the Team Edition is to be installed in your local dev machine and not on the Server.
On the Server, you have to install the Team Foundation Server 2008.

Please let me know, if you have any other doubts.
