    How do we set user level access in MTLM features
    say for eg
    I do not want a Tester to modify a Test Plan or remove Test case from test suite or change the Pass/Fail status.

    All permissions for TFS (including those used in MTLM) can be accessed from Team Explorer by right-clicking on either the collection node or the project node.  Some permissions are on a per-project/collection basis, and others are on Area Nodes.
