Problem installing VS2010 Beta 1 on Windows 7

Question

There is some problem installing VS2010 Beta 1 on Windows 7

The error message follows:

 Is there a problem with the package?
Do I need to uninstall something?
This is a WIndows 7 RC upgraded from Vista Home Premium on which VS2010 was successfully installed.

I have the same problem with windows 7 .
