Is there any MSFv4.0 documentation templates like MSFv3.0?

Question

Not sure what happened to the post from Anonymous on the 16 of April, but here goes the answer anyway: currently we don't have a similar set of templates. We are working on getting a fully fledged set of projects to be shipped as examples in an upcoming version.

Will these projects fufill the Nov, 2007 note from Andrew?

Yes, updated set of sample documents will be shipped in the next release of Visual Studio Team System.
