Differences in database tools between premium version and ultimate

Question

As the former database studio version disappeared I got lost too on the roadmap.

Could somebody tell me what the difference is between premium and ultimate when it comes to database tools?

In my opinion the there is no difference of the database tool bwteen Premium and Ultimate Visual Studios. What is the specific issue you got on your side?

You are right the comparison shows they are similar in database capabilities

I am not seeing a Data compare option in VS2012 Premium. There was Data Compare in 2010 Premium, and it was extremely valuable.

Did Microsoft decide to hide that somewhere in the re-icon'd interface?
