    Welcome to the Microsoft FxCop forum! This forum is the new home for all discussions related to the FxCop stand-alone IL analyzer that assists with enforcing development standards established by the Microsoft Design Guidelines for Resuable Libraries. This technology is also the basis for the new managed code analysis features in the VS2005 Team System Developer SKU.

    This forum replaces the previous www.gotdotnet.com FxCop message board entirely. We do not currently intend to migrate history from that message board to this forum (but we will be creating a useful FAQ that captures the most helpful knowledge).
