On a normal project, I can right-click, go to properties, and enable/disable FxCop, and choose which rules to run during build. I can't find a way to do something similar in a web site project. There is still the enable/disable FxCop box, but no place to choose which rules to apply.
Is this intentional? Is FxCop not meant to be used on web site projects (if so, why not?)?
