Hi Bambang,
Welcome to the MSDN forum1
When you said "install VSTO package", did you mean "Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime"?
"even I uninstall and install the VS 2010, for the second installation I also did not include VSTO from installation checkbox. "
When did the error occur? When you start the Visual Studio? Would you please provide some steps which we may repro?
Thanks.

Hi Yoyo.
It is Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office runtime.
1. after un-installing VS 2010 restart
2. install the VS 2010 without VSTO.
3. Add VSTO from the CD.
4. updated with
EFTools
WCFDataServices_Oct2010_CTP1
WCFDataServices_Mar2011_CTP2
EF_JUNE_2011_CTP
DS_JUNE_2011_CTP
DS_OCTOBER_2011_CTP
5. EVEN added vstor40_x86
6. error occurred every time I started VS 2010.
thanks
