Excel "An add-in could not be found or could not be loaded."

Question

Here is the error that I recieve, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could not load file or assembly 'SkedF, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

This has come up a number of times in the forum. Please first search the error message in the forum and read those previous discusisons to see if the suggested approaches resolve your problem.

If they do not, please provide more details about your add-in (version of VSTO, version of Excel) and the circumstances in which the problem occurs (repro steps).
