Problem in deploying Outlook 2003 add-in in Vista

Hi all,

I have developed an Outlook 2003 add-in usign VS 2008 in XP. It is working fine. Now, I want to develop an outlook 2003 add-in for Vista on the same system.
For this, I have changed the registries under 'Classes' from HKCU to HKLM. I have also followed the procedure to create Vista add-in from MSDN.
When I install the add-in in Vista, I am the add-in is not loading. I am getting the following error:
"Not Loaded. A Runtime error occured while loadin the COM Add-in." when i open the COM Add-ins list in the Outlook.

Can anyone please enlighten me what is the cause of the problem?

It seems that you want to deploy this add-in to all users. Here are some threads you could refer to: Deploying VSTO 2005 SE add-in to Word 2003 for All Users and this article, especially comments of this blog.

For this error, as Ji said in this thread, we need to use caspol to grant full trust to your assembly after installing this add-in. Try to use this command, and now does it works?
