How to add icons to MS word menu , using vb,net

I need to add icons to MS word commandbarmenu using vb.net.
i need this urgent. plss help.

You need to provide more information

1. What version of Word (Office) are you targeting?

2. Which version of VSTO are you using? (Are you even using VSTO?)

3. Assuming VSTO: is this a document-level or application-level customization?

If you're not using VSTO, then I recommend you refer to the forum's Please Read First message for a description of what VSTO is, and links to venues for non-VSTO, Office-related topics.
