Two workbooks are created when single workbook is generated

I have generated excel and saved in particular location.when i am trying to open the saved excel i can see two workbooks one with actual saved name and other with workbook1 or workbook2..
how can i dispose other workbook?

Hi Rajashekar
By default, an Office application like Excel, Word or PowerPoint will open a new "blank" document when they start. These files are named workbook1 (or Document1 or Presentation1), workbook2, etc.
Usually, when the user's first action is to open a different file, the Office application (Excel, in this case) will close the blank document, so that you see only the one file.
When this doesn't happen, something is interfering with the default behavior - often an Add-in.
Unfortunately, you don't provide any information about HOW your saved workbook is being opened. You also don't tell us which version of Excel or Windows is involved. So it's not possible to give you any trouble-shooting tips. You need to provide a lot more information...
