How to create menu and submenu in MS word using vb.net?

Hello,

I need to create a menu and inside that menu i need to have some submenus as well.
I was able to figure out how to create the menu, but i am unable to figure out how to create sub menu.
For creating menu i have used commandbar, commandbarpopup and commandbarbutton ojects.
commandbarbutton object is added to comandbarpopup.
now in one of the menu items i need a sub menu. PLEASE HELP ME. or give me a link from where i can get this information.
