Two recourse file in same project for different build ?

Dear all,

Should it be possible for the project that have two resource files and dynamic decide which one we want to use ?

I have a project, and it needs different resource description for different build.

I think two methods but don't know those are right :

1. Use macro define.
2. Define another configuration.

But where can  we decide the recourse for different use ?

Some one can help ?
