.NET 4.5 Error While Installing MS-Visual "Express 2012 for Windows Desktop".(Help Please)

Question

So today i download Latest Microsoft Visual C++ express 2012 i.e "Express 2012 for Windows Desktop"

But sad Part is i get error while installing,i even installed latest .NET framework 4.5 Beta but still cant get this error fixed.

My OS config:-

Os- Windows Xp Professional service pack 3 .

bits:- x86 (32 Bits)

I really tried every workaround to get this done,but each attempt failed with same issue.

So guys you got any Solution for it ? I'm Sure its somewhat related to .NET framework ,i even tried older version but still same... any Solution for this ?

.Net Framework 4.5 is necessary to install Visual Studio 2012 , but it can be installed only on an operating system >= Vista SP2

XP SP3 is not supported as operating system

VS Express 2012 for Windows desktop is not supported to install on the Windows XP machine.
