Visual Studio 2010 Professional won't install

Question

On a Win7 Home Premium computer, Install says that my key is wrong. Yet the disk has come from a sealed packet with that key inside.

Is it because I had previously tried to install Visual Studio 2003 ?

Or is it because I used Easy Transfer to Copy programs from my old WinXP Pro computer that has Visualm Studio 2003 installed ?

At which point is it saying that the key is invalid? Is it when it tries to activate it? If so, you may need to call Microsoft Product Activation.

It was after I entered the key. However I tried again today and it has installed OK.
