Hi RSort, have you installed the Library Package Manager? If you have, I believe you installed it from NuGet or from the ASP.NET MVC3 Release Candidate release via the Web Platform Installer yes? Can you confirm this please? Also, what kind of solution/project have you created?
I can't seem to find the "Add Library Package References..." menu option either, however having said that, you can access the Library Package Manager by going to Tools > Library Package Manager > Manage NuGet Packages for Solution. Please do post back your results, thanks!

Hi Systemx, thanks for the reply.
Yes i installed the ASP.NET MVC3 via Web Platform Installer and i created a project MVC 3 Web App.
I can use the "Manage Nuget Packages" but this option dont give me all the library's that i'm looking for:
e.g.: when i search for "Webapi.all" in the Manage Nuget Packages, nothing appears, but if i use a another computer with the option "Add Library Package Reference" and I do the same search, I get the result that I i'm looking for.

Hi RSort,
Welcome to the MSDN forum.
Please try these steps:
- Open Control Panel>>Programs>>Uninstall a
program. - Uninstall “Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3 – Visual Studio 2010
Tools Update”, “Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3 – VWD Express Studio 2010 Tools Update”
and “Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3”. - Repair Visual Studio 2010 in Control Panel.
- Reapply Service Pack 1 of Visual Studio 2010.
- Down and install MVC 3 from: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=1491
Just install “AspNetMVC3ToolsUpdateSetup.exe”.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,

I'm having a similar issue: Visual Studio 2010 Tools>Library Package Manager>Add Library Package Reference option WAS there. When selected, an alert appeared which said something like: The project " is not supported. (It had one double quotes.) After this, the option was no longer present.
I suppose RSort is long gone, but if not, were you able to follow the steps as given, and did it solve the problem?
