    I have built the APO DLL using Visula studio 11 beta to load it on windows 8 Os along with Audio driver. Trying to register the APO's DLL it fails to register.

    Please tell us if the dll failed with registration is a Metro component.

    Hi,

      I also got the same error. The issue is, i have built the sysfx sample code (taken from MSDN) for windows8 release preview using visual studio RC12, and got the binaries in ".dll" (SwapAPO.dll & PropPageExt.dll). And installed these drivers using INF file provided in sample. The driver is installed successfully but state showing is "This device can not start (Error code 10).  Please help me.
