Visual Studio 2012 Download

Question

I have downloaded vs2012 using securedownloadmanager from dreamspark site.After the down it is saying that archieve is invalid.I have done this two times .What to do?

I am sorry, but this forum only covers the Developer Documentation and MS Help System.

If you have problems downloading files from Dreamspark then you might consider contacting the dreamspark support which can be found at https://www.dreamspark.com/support/default.aspx

Maybe you want to check http://blogs.msdn.com/b/gautam/archive/2009/01/13/how-to-download-install-dreamspark-software.aspx to see if your steps to download and install software from dreamspark was correct.

Maybe you want to give more details what you did exactly e.g.
- How did you download which file (What software did you use? Filename? Size?)
- What did you do with the file (e.g. you copied it around, extracted it or tried to extract it with some software, ....)
- What exact error message did you get?

Hi Sajith Nair,

Please provide more details here about your error like Konrad mentioned.

If you failed to download, please check your network.

If the file report this error after you download it, the file may corrupt so you need to download it again. Be remember if you were download the ISO file, you should check checksum of it to make sure this meida is healthy.
