I'm using Visual Studio 2008 and when I use the Server Explorer to connect to a remote server (2008 server and as the Administrator), I'm not able to see the new IIS7 performance counters WAS_W3WP and W3SVC_W3WP.  I've tried many changes to get them to show up, but no luck.  I can see all other performance counters.  I've searched google, this site and the IIS7 forums (where I was directed here).  Any suggestions?
