MicrosoftReportViewer Vs CrystalReportViewer

Question

Specifically, what are the deployment requirements?

I am using VS2008 to develop an ASP.NET Web Application on the .NET 3.5 Framework, and have begun to look about for a reporting solution.

What will i need (if anything) to deploy onto the Live Web Server to use either of these controls?  Is .NET 3.5 Framework enough?  are there other dll's not installed by default?  We have pretty strict enforcement of zero impact on the client too, so am i likely to get caught out by client-side install requirements when it comes to deployment time?  or will the browser be enough?
