How do I access Technical Support?

Hi All,
When I try to contact Technical Support I get the following error message:

The following error occured:

Unknown API error

My browser is trying to access Technical Support at URL 127.0.0.1

Can someone help?

This error message is a known bug which will be fixed in the released product. There is no standard retail support for Visual Studio 2010 or .NET Framework 4 Beta's. Please post questions about the B2 release in these forums. If you believe you've found a bug, please create a bug report at http://connect.microsoft.com.

Thanks Steve, I would not know where to start to report a bug, there are so many meaningless(to me) error messages.
