Hello there,

Microsoft Test Manager 2010 get crash when I was writing test cases on it by using VPN.

window name mtm.exe appear with a message saying--

"mtm.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." with buttons named 'Debug', 'Send Error Report' and 'Don't Send'

please advice if you know the solution to resolve it.

According to your description of the issue, here are some operations for you to try:
1. Clean the Temp folder.
2. Use the collect.exe to get to VS log to help narrow down the issue.

I am seeing the same issue.Is there a solution for this.
