Margin handing less than ideal in MTM 2010

Question

MTM  has terrible margin handling, which causes excess whitespace, cutting off option lists or "squishing" text unnecessarily.  This was most obvious in viewing Test Case options without drop-down lists (screen space is still reserved fow where the arrow would go for the dropdown list resulting text being cut off).

Also during running a test, for Steps, the margins beneath the number and the result for each step are not used. Instead step text is "confined" to center column, making text run longer down the screen).

What do you mean by "margin handling"?
Can you show us a screenshot or steps help us to reproduce the issue?
