"Connect" Options in my environment is disabled . How can I enable this

I have created a physical envirnoment , my settings are like the following
Server  ( 64 bit PC) ( TFS + SCVMM)
Controller ( Win 7.0 ) (32bit ) - controller installed and configured
Client ( 32 bit ) - Test agent + Lab agent installed and configured
Client ( 32 bit ) - Test agent + Yet to install
Client ( 32 bit ) - Test agent + Yet to install

In this environment all PCs are in ready state .. But there is "connect" option which is disable . How to enable this ?

The "Connect" option will be enabled only for virtual environments . For physical environments it will be disabled.

Does that mean we wont be able to view the live thumbnails of the activity happening on those PCs

Yes. Physical environment is more like a group of test agents put together. You will be able to run tests (automated or manual ) on them using Microst Test and Lab manager.
 All the environment level activities like Start,Stop, Connect , Take Snapshot ,Revert Snapshot are applicable only for Virtual environments.
