Error in loading virtual machines: TF260025: Team Foundation Server could not fetch the following library share from SCVMM server...

I am trying to create a new environment from virtual machine templates hosted on our VMM server.

For some reason Test Manager does not display a list of available templates. When I tried to Import a template (via Lab Center-->Library-->Virtual Machines and Templates) I also got an empty list in "Select virtual machine..." with the following error:

"TF260025: Team Foundation Server could not fetch the following library share from SCVMM server: 2cbd5486-25af-46ea-b5b2-3cad9579ff76 from vmmserver.yyy.local. This library share might have been removed from SCVMM server. Try again or contact your administrator."

vmmserver is registered with TFS 2010 and checks out if clicked "Test" in TFS admin console. The library share is set to allow access to Everyone.

What am I missing?
