Locked the application failed to start error displaying when the coded ui tests running on lab environment through build test process

    the application failed to start error displaying at some of the tests when the coded ui tests running on lab environment through build test process. Can any one please help me why this is happening.

        This is happening only on lab through build deploy test process.

        Test method Dddd.Tests.Materials.DdddMaterialTests.AddPlanRuleListForSite threw exception:
        Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.UITest.Extension.FailedToLaunchApplicationException: The application failed to start. Additional Details:
        TechnologyName:  'MSAA'
        Name:  'DynMRO - Windows Internet Explorer'
        ClassName:  'IEFrame'
        ControlType:  'Window'
