Smart Client Software Factory documentation file issue

Hi

I cannot get the Smart Client Software Factory 2010 documentation file to display properly. The note on the web site says that if it won't display to download the file, locate it in Windows Explorer, right-click and then select properites. And finally, click unblock and then OK. Straightforward.

One problem: when I select properties, the window that opens does not contain any kind of button, label or box with the word unblock. There is nothing to click. Any suggestions?

This may not be the right forum for this question. If you can direct me elsewhere, that would be great.
