Trigger Coded Ui Script on Test controller through batch file

Question

Greetings!

I started working on Test Agents on VSTS-2010. I need to trigger the Test controller through batch file & Once I trigger Controller I need to assign the particular coded Ui script (Ex-Test 1, Test 2) for the particular agents (Ex-Agent 1- > Test 1 & Agent 2-> Test 2) through Batch file.  Please let me know if any pointer on this.

Any help or insight at all would be greatly appreciated!
