We posted this as a discussion on the product submission page, only to discover that the correct place is this one. Sorry for the dupe, and here we go:

Okay, we are the developers of this extension. After 24h we are still looking at a "Clicks: 0" status, albeit we have registered downloads coming from visualstudiogallery (the download is executed from our web server). Pretty odd at least, if not a faulty and misleading stats implementation (since "success" is generally equal to popularity)...

No worries, I actually replied to your discussion thread as your extension was pointed out by a colleague. The statistics are calculated every 24 hours. We will be looking into running this task in shorter intervals in one of our future releases, as well as indicate when the statistics were last calculated.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Steven,

I would like to request your assistance with a different issue. Rather embarrassing I must admit, but we have published another product of ours ("CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET") to the Visual Studio Gallery a few months ago by using another Windows Live account. Problem is, we cannot recover the login info for that account, and what we have used at that time for CodeSMART as details page is a stub which we would like to update now. So, could you please remove (unpublish) that product for me please? We will repost it by using this account.

For your convenience, "CodeSMART 2009 for VS.NET" is located here:

Should you have any concerns regarding this request's legitimacy, please do not hesitate to contact me by using our web site http://www.axtools.com. Thank you!
