I can't uninstall Visual C++ Express Edition 2008 from Windows 7

Question

When going into the Control Panel in Windows 7 and selecting Visual C++ Express Edition, I get a dialog that says it can't find the uninstall program... I searched everywhere for it and can't find it.  How can I uninstall Visual Studios/C++/etc?  I wanted to reinstall later.  I get an error while trying to install and get an error that can't be resolved.  So I want to unistall everything and start over.  Please help!  Thanks.
